This form should be completed by the Student Chapter Faculty Advisor at the start of each academic year or Fall semester. If you need help connecting with the Sponsoring Section for your assigned liaison from the chapter or for any other questions or concerns, please contact membership@sampe.org

SAMPE Student Chapters must maintain a minimum membership roster of 4 individuals enrolled as full-time students in a technical program in a Technical School, Vocational School, Junior College, Community College, or full-time 4- or 5-year College or University.  Advisors and chapter members must be SAMPE members in good standing.
